 A warning to the detecting public -

On the 24th October 2009 our beloved pet "Shadow" was gunned down by a property owner in Redcastle, near Heathcote Victoria. He was only four years old and still had a lot of life left in him. Unfortunately he strolled onto property and within moments was shot twice and killed and just dumped in the bush by a gun happy, callous human. No warning shots, no attempt to chase him off, nothing. Our beloved dog always came detecting with us and never strayed. He was a special member of our family and is sadly missed.So i just thought it wise to let people know that it can happen and to keep your dogs close.
